Olivia's Buffet
Both Olivia's Cafe and the Gurgling Suitcase have switched their Conch Fritters to Shrimp Fritters because the latter is more sustainable. These are sugariness cornbread fritters made with chopped shrimp and a mix of herbs and spices, all served with a dear mustard sauce on the side.

Local Green Orlando
A brand new food truck has rolled into Disney Springs. It's called theLocal Greenish Orlando and it specializes in vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian food. The carte du jour starts with some "Entrees:"

AristoCrepes has closed and a new snack spot has taken its place. That new spot isSwirls on the H2o, which offers up some succulent Dole Whip treats! The menu includes a choice of Soft-Serve Swirls that changes daily, specialty offerings similarDole Whip Habanero Lime Nachos, a50th Celebration Cone, and aDole Whip Flying.
