The PRC Program is designed to provide benefits and services to needy families and low income employed families to assist motion out of poverty and get self-sufficient. Who is eligible for Cathay?

Public Health Emergency Aid - Upwardly to $1,000.00 per household per alleged emergency for families

Services to assist with emergent needs as a straight result of a pandemic every bit declared by the Governor of the State of Ohio.

For state licenses, board certifications, and/or commercial driver's licenses. Must complete Ohio approved course and meet all requirements for licensing/certification. Applicant must take verified employment or verified offering of employment (to start within 30 days of application date) of a minimum of twenty hours per week at Land minimum wage.

Vehicle Repairs - Up to $1,500.00 for 12-month cycle

Repair costs are limited to the value of the vehicle established by NADAguides.com-depression retail value.
